No, it is not compulsory to sign up for a customer account before shopping.

3. What personal details do I need to provide to purchase on SUPABAZA.com?

You will need to provide information such as your name, phone number and delivery address. We need this information to be able to contact you and deliver your order. Please be assured that we will not share your information with others except for the purpose of servicing you.

Payment

1. How can I pay for my orders?

You can pay for your orders in cash when you receive them.

2. Will I receive an order confirmation for my purchase?

Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to you when your order is received.

Delivery

1. Where does SUPABAZA.com deliver to?

We currently deliver to Pontian district in Johor state. If you would like to be updated when we deliver to other places, please subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on Facebook.

2. When will my order be delivered?

Orders received before 9pm will be delivered the next day.

3. Is there a fee for delivery?

Shipping is free at Supabaza!

4. If I live in a condominium / apartment / flat, will SUPABAZA.com deliver my order to my doorstep?

Yes, we will deliver to your doorstep if this is allowed by the management / security at your condominium / apartment / flat.

5. What should I do if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery. If we fail to contact you within 3 days after the first delivery attempt however, we will cancel your order and you will be blacklisted from using our services.

Order Issues

1. What should I do if I did not receive my order?

Please contact us at 017-295-9757 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

2. What should I do if there is an issue with an item delivered to me?

If there is obvious damage to your item (example: item is expired when received), please contact us at 017-295-9757 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

3. Can I return an item after it has been delivered?

We regrettably do not accept returns unless there is obvious damage to your item (example: item is expired when received). If this is the case for your item, please contact us at 017-295-9757 and we’ll be happy to assist.

4. How can I cancel an order?

We regret that customers are not allowed to cancel an order after it has been placed. Do review your order carefully before confirming it.
